What's the best way to be noticed by your favorite driver?

I really, really would love to meet Dale Earnhardt Junior and spend some time with him, one on one. What's the best way to meet a NASCAR driver? How can I stand out at the track? I have pit passes, but I'm thinking maybe this won't be enough?
