What are the pedal assited motorized bike laws in Ohio?

I bought a kit to put a motor on my bicycle and am having a hard time finding out what the laws are in Ohio for this. It will still be able to be used with the pedals, and I was told that this would be legal with no lisence, but before I head out on the streets I'd like to know what all the laws are. If someone could point me to a website that would tell me that would be great. Thanks
