Whats this manga? Shoujo - can only remember a skiing scene?

It reminds me of Hana Yori Dango but I don't completely remember the scene. It was more like the main girl was trying to look for the main boy and was told by another person who was jealous of her that he was outside. She gets stuck outside in a blizzard and the main boy finds out and goes out to find her. He finds her and they stay in a cabin together.
