Yeah, guys think about sex. That said, most men are usually able to show their wives/girlfriends enough respect to not gawk at other women in their presence. While being more open and honest is nice, it is kind of pointless if it isn't accompanied by a real attempt to change the behaviors the dishonesty was hiding. I see no point whatsoever in his telling you when he sees an attractive woman. He needs to focus less on honesty and more on not doing inappropriate things to or with other women. You should expect more from the man you married.
