You have to tell josh that you don't like him because you're lesbian if you don't want to do that just tell him you got over him and he can go to hell if he doesn't believe that. And I think you should ask Alice if she is bi or how she feels about gay people. Oh and try coming out to your closest friends( if they are not homophobic) I know its hard but its worth a shot. If they are really your friends they will accept you for who you are, if you have any guy friends they should be some of the first people you come out to.
