Lawsuits involving Pharmaceutical Company and Doctors who push the drug.?

I was given some drugs due to something I battle. Instead of the Dr tweaking a med he added more and more. The drug caused me to injure myself several times. Each time I was hurt to the point that I went to the ER on several occasions. When I told them what I was experiencing, they always said that was nothing that had been noted in the side effects. Don't they realize when these drugs are tested on X amount of people that does not include how it affected you. I was not part of that study so I am sure someone somewhere experienced what I went through too. This drug has a class action lawsuit out because it cause some people to become Diabetic. My injuries were severe. I would take the drug and the moment I stood I felt like I looked like I was having a seizure. I had no control over my legs so I would fall. I would have no warning when this would occur. I fell on concrete, into a glass Eterge (I did not get cut) but the entire thing' came down on top of me. I was fortunate I had not been cut. My legs felt like they were spaghetti. Once while in the kitchen it happened. I held onto my sink and not even that could break the fall. These episodes would last between 1.5-2 hours. I live alone so I was on the floor until it passed. The only thing I had use of was my arms. If I raised my head to do that, I would feel everything swoon and down I'd go (noteI was still on the floor) So you know if I could not lift my head a few inches, standing was not about to happen. The Dr I was told had overdosed many of his patients. This man had me taking about 35+ pills a day. Even other Dr's knew I had been over medicated when they saw the list of medicines I was on. However I never had any side effects until I took that 1 drug. I had to go to Walmart. I knew that drug was in my system so I grabbed the little cart you sit in to shop. I shopped and was heading out of the store. I flipped out of that motorized chair and the first thing to hit that concrete was the back of my head. An ambulance was called, they took me to the hospital. When the ER Dr's saw me their on my 4th to 5th trip, the ER Dr never came into the room. He told the nurse I was discharged and no Catscan was done. He told me to go & take Tylenol I was beyond pissed because the episode had ended and there was no proof. I was too scared to sleep that night (worrying about a concussion) I knew this particular Dr in a sense because I am disabled and it was his nephew that caused that, So by right he had NO Business even seeing me. What could I do but leave. The last visit to the hospital was the most horrific. I had fallen while standing at a bus stop. The bus was coming and the driver saw me fall directly on my knees. Ppl jumped off the bus to help me stand but my legs would turn into spaghetti. They literally had to surround me on all sides to help me on the bus. Odd thing ~I was going to a Dr app't at the hospital. I was not there to see the Dr who gave me the drug. The bus driver had me sit in the front and kept an eye on me. Periodically she would ask me "Are you ok" I really could not even speak..because I was holding onto the pole there by my seat till I knew if I raised my head I would have landed on the bus floor. You see this was the 1st time I had fallen be forced to sit up. So that pole help me in place but I had to loop my arm around it. When we arrived at the hospital, the bus driver said you sit still I am going to help you. I dropped again. When they stood me again I was surrounded by 4 people.and flipped totally out of their grip backwards, hitting my head on the floor. Since we were in front of the hospital she called for an ambulance to come around the corner and pick me up. They came & got me & I returned back to that same ER not even 24 hrs later. Another Dr read my chart, walked in and said I am going to grant you your wish. He told me to "find myself another hospital to go to and not come back there! They sent me to a Stress Center across the street. What? Here I'm falling all over the place, & no one is checking my injuries because it had not been noted by the Pharmaceutical company as a side effect -so I had to be crazy! No I was not nuts whatsoever. Even the Stress center could not figure out why they sent me across the street to their facility. And you know - I fell there too. Yes I am going after the Drug company, The 2 ER Dr's and the Dr who put me on all those pills and that part will just have to be addressed but the main thing is that last drug he placed me on. What ticks me off is I was told not to stop taking it. They are the ones who's nuts. It was either continue the drug and fall. or stop taking it. This all occurred in November.l I live in Indianapolis Indiana. I have not done a thing as of yet, I will however be looking for and Attorney.
