We both love each other but unable to express our feelings.?

i have been in love with a boy,since last 5 years and have been unable to confess my feelings in front of him,he has always made it very obvious that he loves me too,but he is very shy..and we have never even spoken to each other,i really want to be with him...n the thought that i will never be able to be with him kills me, how should i go about it.
