How much is a fine for biking on the sidewalk in CA?

I got a ticket on feb first, just a rough estimate? i checked teh bike laws and it doesn't say anything about a fine or not riding on a sidewalk but it does say a bicycle shall be treated as a motorized vehicle so i suppose in that sense a motorized vehicle (bike) couldn't bike on the sidewalk. Would it be the same amount if i were in a car driving on the sidewalk? Also if i get a ticket about a month later for the same thing is the fine more?
